THAT Council APPROVE the attached Interim Servicing Agreement; AND THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the attached Interim Servicing Agreement; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct the CAO to continue with the negotiation and development of a Future Servicing Agreement as contemplated by the Interim Servicing Agreement. Time is of the essence.
