Regular Council Meeting

THAT Council accept an Addition to the Agenda under Closed session, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to discuss the following matter; (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

THAT the minutes of the Adelaide Metcalfe Council held on June 6, 2022 be adopted as printed.

THAT Council support the resolution from the Municipality of Chatham-Kent concerning Retirement Home Funding.

THAT Council receive and file Council Correspondence items CC-1, CC-2, CC-3, CC-5, and CC-6.

THAT the Council for the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe does hereby delegate authority, effective July 1, 2022, to the Clerk of the Township to approve site plan applications as legislatively required by Bill 109: More Homes for Everyone Act. 4

THAT the Asset Management Plan report be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Asset Management Plan attached to this report be approved

THAT the Operating Budget to Actual Report for May 2022 be received for information 5

THAT Council receive and the Fire Department Update Presentation.

THAT Council adjourn to closed session at 7:23 pm pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to discuss the following matters; (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Servicing Agreement between Adelaide Metcalfe and Strathroy-Caradoc) (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

THAT By-Law 31 of 2022 (Confirming June 20, 2022) receive first, second, third and final reading.
