Regular Council Meeting

THAT the minutes of the Adelaide Metcalfe Council held on February 22, 2022 be adopted as printed.

2 THAT Council move into Public Meeting to consider a By-Law to adopt new and amended building fee charges under Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, as amended.

THAT Council support and APPROVE the updated building fees and charges as presented in the "Building Permit Review - Joint Building Report" dated October 29, 2021, as amended. FURTHER THAT Council provide for an annual adjustment to Building Fees and Charges based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) available through Statistics Canada.

THAT Council adjourn the Public Meeting and convene in Regular Council.

THAT Council support the resolution by the Town of Gravenhurst regarding the Dissolution of the Ontario Land Tribunal.

THAT Council receive and file Correspondence Items CC-1, CC-2, CC-3, CC-4, and CC-5.

THAT Council repeal the Temporary COVID-19 Vaccination Policy and that staff be directed to remove the Temporary COVID-19 Vaccination policy from the Corporate Policy Manual.

THAT Council direct staff to provide a one-year extension notice to all applicants and agents who have an Application for Consent which was in progress as of January 1, 2022 or has lapsed after January 1, 2022.

THAT Council enact an appointment by-law for Mark Brown, County of Middlesex Weed Inspector for the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe as the Municipal Weed Inspector. 8

THAT Council direct staff to schedule a Special Meeting of Council for the 2022 Budget on March 15, 2022 at 10:00 am.

THAT By-Law Number 10 of 2022 (Appoint Weed Inspector), By-Law Number 11 of 2022 (Establish Building Fees & Charges) (as amended), and By-Law Number 12 of 2022 (Confirming March 7, 2022) receive first, second, third and final reading.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 8:05 PM.
