Regular Council Meeting

THAT the minutes of the Adelaide Metcalfe Council held on October 18, 2021 be adopted as printed.

THAT Council APPROVE the 2020 Audited Financial Statements as presented.

THAT Council Correspondence Items CC-1, CC-2, CC-3, CC-4, CC-5, CC-6, CC-7, CC-8, and CC-9 be received and filed.

THAT Council accept the tender from A.G Hayter in the amount of $149,278 plus HST as recommended by Engineer Armin Kruspel on behalf of Mike DeVos of Spriet Associates

THAT the report entitled, “2022 Municipal Elections – Key Dates and Timeline” be received and filed as information.

THAT Council direct Staff to investigate options and timing to proceed with a change in Council composition to a Mayor and four Councillors.

THAT the Budget to Actual Report for September 2021 be received for information

THAT the Zoll AED in the amount of $3,444.58 be 100% funded from the Mar for Mayors reserve.

THAT Council direct Staff to proceed with the development of a Community Improvement Plan as proposed by Re:Public Urbanism in the amount of $16,634.96 FURTHER THAT Council APPROVE the commitment of $8,317.48 to be included in the 2022 Budget.

THAT By-Law 56 of 2021 (Peters Drain) receive third and final reading.

THAT By-Law 67 of 2021 (Confirming November 1st, 2021) receive first, second, third and final reading.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 7:46 PM.
